Exciton states with a large oscillator strength (transverse-longitudinal splitting of 50 meV) and binding energy of 290 meV have been observed in PbGa2S4 crystals. The ground exciton states are stable up to the room temperature. The ground (n = 1) exciton state and two excited (n = 2 and n = 3) states of the short-wavelength B-excitons series were observed at low temperature (T = 10 K). The ground (n = 1) and the excited (n = 2) states of the long-wavelength A-exciton series were also revealed. The exciton Bohr radius of the ground exciton state was determined to be 70 Å for the A-exciton and 10 Å for the B-exciton. The band splitting and the main parameters of excitons have been determined from the calculation of the reflectivity spectra contours. The group theory analysis of the band symmetry was performed and the scheme of bands responsible for exciton transitions in the center of the Brillouin zone was proposed. 相似文献

It is desirable to minimize burr formation for improving part quality. This paper presents an investigation on the burr formation mechanism in micro cutting by taking into consideration the stress distribution around the cutting edge arc. The influences of the uncut chip thickness and the cutting edge radius on burr formation were investigated. Poisson burr is attributed to the side flow of the stagnation material at the bottom of the cutting edge arc. The stress distribution at the cutting edge arc has great influence on Poisson burr formation. The burr height decreases to the minimum value and then increases with reducing the uncut chip thickness due to the change of the maximum stress distribution. An optimum machining strategy also is suggested in micro milling of snake-shaped groove microstructure. 相似文献

The present study is focused on the development of a structural model for multi−element AB5−type alloy which can correlate the hydrogenation characteristics with structural parameters. At present no such model is available, which can predict the trend of hydrogenation properties like hydrogen storage capacity, heat of formation and plateau pressure of multi−element hydrogen storage material. It is done by trial and error method. In present investigation efforts are made to correlate atomic radius of substituted elements with heat of formation of hydride, plateau pressure and hydrogen storage capacity by calculating equivalent radius of B (rB*) in multi−element composition, contraction in A−B bond, radius of voids and ratio of rA with rB*. The heat of formation decreases and hydride stability increases with increasing value of rB* and contraction in A−B bond. While hydrogen storage capacity decreases with increasing value of rB* and contraction in A−B bond. 目的 建立纸芯片与敞开式质谱联合法检测减肥保健品中3种常见非法添加剂的分析技术。方法 依据酸刻蚀法制备通道型纸芯片, 分别考察纸芯片的几何通道尺寸、不同比例有机喷雾溶剂所需的通道疏水坝宽度和喷雾电压对目标物的分析响应影响。将纸芯片与敞开式质谱联合, 分析减肥保健品中西布曲明、安非他酮和氟西汀的成分。结果 在正离子模式和3.5 kV电压下, 以甲醇/水为溶剂, 3种目标物在0.25~50.00 μg/mL表现出良好的线性关系, r2均大于0.99, 检出限为0.1 μg/mL, 回收率为89.9%~107.4%, 3种目标物在纸芯片喷雾纸上的相对强度与普通三角形喷雾纸增强了1.11~2.15倍, 线性关系也略有提高, 且检出限降低了2.75~3.5倍。25批次的实际样品中有19批次样品检测出了1种或多种违禁添加剂成分。结论 纸芯片结合敞开式质谱法可用于减肥类保健品中违禁添加剂的快速筛查手段。 相似文献
